Credits purchased in a package must be used within 3-months of the date of purchase.
Payment, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
Clients will be sent an invoice for any purchase, which must be paid at least 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment. Failure to submit payment 24 hours in advance may result in canellation.
Cancellations within 24 hours, without reasonable precedent, will be charged 50% of the total cost of the appointment.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total cost of the appointment.
